Who we are

Cosmic Wink Productions (OPC) Private Limited, trading as Cosmic Wink Productions, is a small studio in Chennai, India, that builds CRM, voice AI, WhatsApp, reporting and data systems for businesses. Our registered address is 81/3, Kumarappa Street, Kilpauk, Perambur Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600010, Tamil Nadu, India. For the information you send through this website we decide why and how it is used, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and send:

• your name and email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give one (the field is optional);
• your company name, if you give it;
• your message, the systems you tick as interesting, and your automation blueprint, if it is in your browser and you leave it in the form when you press Send;
• the fact that you agreed to this note, and when.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Fonts are served from our own domain.

What your browser remembers

Apart from cookies, which we do not use, this site keeps a few small things in your own browser. They are used only by the page on your device and are never sent to us unless you choose to send them with the contact form:

• Motion preference (local storage): whether you paused the animations, so the choice survives a reload.
• Intro seen (local storage): that you have already watched the opening animation, so it does not play again.
• Intro sound (local storage): whether you muted the opening animation's key clicks.
• Ticked systems (session storage, current tab only): which systems you ticked in the contact form, so a reload does not lose them. It disappears when you close the tab.
• Your blueprint (local storage): the answers you give in "Build your blueprint" and the systems you add as you scroll. It is kept only in your browser. Downloading it shares nothing: the file is made in your browser. It reaches us only if you send the contact form with it. You can clear it at any time from the blueprint panel.

You can clear all of these at any time in your browser's site settings.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you want one, prepare your Free Ops Audit or a proposal. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the required consent box on the form before it is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the contact form on our website.

Who sees it

The founders, and the service that carries the form message to our inbox: Web3Forms (the United States), reached at https://api.web3forms.com. Our website host, Vercel Inc., also keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability.

If a provider stores data outside India, it is named above.

How long we keep it

180 days after our last conversation, then we delete it. If we end up working together, we keep what the contract and Indian tax law require, and no more.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent whenever you like. You can also name someone to exercise these rights for you. Send your request through the contact form on our website and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's details.

Changes

If we change this note, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you have already sent, we will ask you again.
